Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1 or 2 business days, but we ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for items to ship due to fluctuations in item demand and shipping provider processing.

Cancellations & Returns

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and an item may not fit, may be defective, or may be an incorrect item. To initiate a cancellation or return, please email us at contact@bassbro.shop or submit a contact form below. The request must include your full name, email address, original order date, order confirmation number, and indicate the type of request.

 

Cancellation policy:

Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of the original order submission date and cannot be guaranteed. We will verify receipt of your cancellation request once it has been viewed by our customer support team. Once our customer support team completes the cancellation, we will update you via email and provide confirmation and refund details.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date for items that have assembly/design defects or if the incorrect item was received.  Due to fulfillment and shipping costs, we cannot feasibly accept returns for any other reason.

Exchanges:

Due to fulfillment and shipping costs, we do not conduct direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, we ask that you ship the original item back to us with a shipping provider of your choice and then place a new order for the desired color or size. Once we receive the original item, we will verify its condition and, within 30 days of receiving the returned item, issue a partial refund of the original purchase price. Our customer support team with provide confirmation and refund details.

All items must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, odors, or pet hair.
